booking has reached us, we answer by
return to confirm your accommodation and

01. CONTRACT VALIDITY
A tour- or accomodation reservation is valid only when
using our online reservation/booking software, by making
a downpayment via credit card and thereafter receiving a
respective reservation confirmation from us.
02. GROUP RESERVATIONS
If your reservation is made for a group, the person
submitting the reservation form must have authorization
from all participants listed. In such case please list
all participants.
03. TOUR PRICES
Full payment is due before your tour or, for lodging,
at arrival here. Until full payment is received, we
reserve the right to adjust tour or lodge prices and the
tour itinerary. The downpayment you can make via credit
card, but at our place we can accept only cash
payment in Dominican Pesos, US $$ or EURO, since the
next bank is far away !
04. TRAVEL & TOUR INSURANCE
Tour participants will provide their own Travel- and
Tour Insurance. We recommend comprehensive insurance
cover on our website , see our page INSURANCE
World Nomads travel insurance.
You understand and accept that your proposed tours may
expose you to inherent dangers and you may be traveling
through areas which can be subject to, among other
things, unfavorable physical, health or climatic
conditions.
05. HEALTH & FITNESS
We recommend you visit your doctor and dentist before
your Eco-vacation. On tour, you are under the authority
of the tour leader, who has the right to determine your
suitability to continue or your level of activity.
06. LIABILITY
“Vista del Valle”- Eco Tours accepts no
liability for cancellations, delays or changes that are
caused by war, threat of war, airport closures, civil
strike, industrial action, natural disaster, technical
transport problems, staff cancellations, negligence or
other events or acts and omissions by others (including
our tour guides and/or local accommodation providers)
beyond our control; participants' medical or psychiatric
conditions which may develop during or subsequent to the
tour; loss of or damage to any personal property of the
participants.
07. TOUR MODIFICATIONS
“Vista del Valle”- Eco Tours
reserves the right to modify or
substitute appropriate alternative tour itineraries or
arrangements that may become necessary due to
circumstances beyond our control.
08. DECLARATION
By making use of our online reservation software (ibooking),
you altogether declare that you have read, understood
and accept the above conditions. |
