confirm your booking by

01. CONTRACT VALIDITY
A vacation - or accommodation reservation is
valid only by making a 10% down payment via
Western Union and receiving a respective
reservation confirmation from us via email.
The technical data for a Western Union money
transfer ( your 10% down payment) are
submitted to you after your initial inquiry
and total vacation package price offering.
02. GROUP RESERVATIONS
If your reservation is made for a group (max
20 pers), the person submitting the
reservation must have authorization from all
participants listed individually, to enable
to better organize local accommodation.
03. VACATION PACKAGE- AND TOUR PRICES
Day tours are paid cash after arrival here
and before making the excursion.
In case of vacation as stay-over guest, you make a 10% down
payment via Western Union, and the remaining
package price is due at arrival here. Until
full payment is received, we reserve the
right to adjust tour or lodge prices and the
tour itinerary. Arriving here, we can accept
only cash payment in Dominican Pesos, US
$$ or EURO at local conversion rates,
since the next bank is far away !
04. TRAVEL & TOUR INSURANCE
Tour participants act on own risk and have
to provide their own Travel- and Tour
Insurance. Therefore, we offer and recommend
a comprehensive insurance cover for your
travel and all different activities, as
offered in this our website, see page
INSURANCE or by clicking here: World
Nomads travel insurance.
You understand and accept that participating in our excursion
tours may expose you to inherent dangers and
that you may be traveling through areas
which can be subject to, among other things,
unfavorable physical, health or climatic
conditions.
05. HEALTH & FITNESS
We recommend you visit your doctor and
dentist before leaving on Eco-vacation. On
tour, you are under the authority of the
tour leader, who has the right to determine
your suitability to continue or your level
of activity.
06. LIABILITY
“Vista del Valle”- Eco Tours
accepts no liability for cancellations,
delays or changes that are caused by war,
threat of war, airport closures, civil
strike, industrial action, natural disaster,
technical transport problems, staff
cancellations, negligence or other events or
acts and omissions by others (including
our tour guides and/or local accommodation
providers) beyond our control;
participants' medical or psychiatric
conditions which may develop during or
subsequent to the tour; loss of or damage to
any personal property of the participants.
07. TOUR MODIFICATIONS
“Vista del Valle”- Eco Tours
reserves the right to
modify or substitute appropriate alternative
tour itineraries or arrangements that may
become necessary due to circumstances beyond
our control.
08. DECLARATION
By sending us firm reservation email, we
must assume that you have visited this our
website, and accordingly you altogether
declare that you have read, understood and
accept the above conditions as laid down
